- Assisting with the development of a world class quality automated platform
- Playing an active role within the company’s continuous improvement processes
- Working seamlessly within a large distributed team, across multiple sites
- Working in an Agile Lean environment, assisting in the move toward Continuous Integration and Deployment
- Keeping a constant eye on changing industry ideas and practices, and monitoring emerging technologies
- Training and mentoring of other team members when required
- Creating automated user acceptance tests
